Crisp Bread

What you Need


100 grams Spelt Flour

50 grams Rye Flour

50 grams Pumpkin Seeds

50 grams Sunflower Seeds

50 grams Flax seeds

50 grams Oatmeal


400 ml Water

2 tea spoons Honey

What to do


  1. Mix all the seeds/flours together in one bowl
  2. Mix Water and Honey together
  3. Pour the Water/Honey mix in the bowl of seeds/Flour, mix it all together
  4. Let the batter sit for 10 min - so the seeds get a bit soft.
  5. Pour everything to a baking try (remember baking paper)
  6. Use a knife, rolling pin or your hands to get the batter even (around 20 mm)
  7. Bake on 180 degrees in the oven.
  8. After 10 min, take it out of the oven and cut the batter into the size you want on your crisp bread.
  9. Put the batter back into the oven for another 40 min.
  10. Enjoy your Crisp bread with ham, cheese, eggs, avocado or anything else you may like
