Burger Buns
250 grams of flour
1/4 tea spoon salt
1 table spoon dry yeast
50 ml water
125 ml milk
25 grams of butter
The Burger
500 grams of mince meat
1 shallots
2 fresh chilli
salt and pepper
The Wedges
1 kg baby potatoes
3 table spoons dry thyme or half a bunch fresh thyme
salt and pepper
The Garnish
4 slices of fresh pineapple (5-6 mm thick)
1 fresh chilli
Guacamole
100 grams chorizo
Spinach - optional
Tomatoes - optional

If you still have the potato wedges in the oven you can set these at on the lowest level and the buns in the middle
